The onsen was an absolute highlight of our romantic escape! The design was incredibly interesting and the choice of colors and tone just made the environment feel so relaxing and perfect for a private getaway. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Plus, the location in the historic area of the city was ideal for exploring.
While the onsen was extraordinary, the room was average at best. The bed was just a plain single bed and the room size was about average for Japanese hotels.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in this city area was perfect for exploring the surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, despite the language barrier. They were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the free shuttle service and bicycle hire, which allowed us to conveniently explore the area at our own pace. The room was well-appointed and provided utmost comfort. We particularly loved the heating and air conditioning, as well as the in-room safe and free toiletries. The electric kettle and television added to the convenience and entertainment value of our stay.
Recommended to everyone.

The hot springs were nice and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the window was also good, overlooking a quiet residential area. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get anywhere.
The room itself was pretty average and could have been cleaner. , the temperature in the bathroom and entry was really cold.

Located in a quiet residential area, the hotel's design is nothing special; however, the hot spring is quite impressive. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, despite the language barrier. The rooms were comfortable, but basic and less extravagant than the lobby or bathing areas.
The breakfast was not included in the room rate, and the bathroom and entryway were uncomfortably cold.
